Upon agreeing to use any of our services which are outlined on this website (not including hosting) you will be asked to read and sign a works agreement. This agreement is a legally binding contract between G3 New Media and the client which outlines the agreed work which is to be carried out over a period of time. The contract itself will be posted to you on agreement of the works to be carried out; this must be signed and returned to us before any work is started. Exclusions may apply. A copy of the terms and conditions which are included in the contract can be downloaded Here. We reserve the right to make revisions to this contract at any time.
Hosting Terms & Conditions..
Our hosting clients must agree to our hosting terms and usage policy. This policy is available and must be agreed at the point of checkout when purchasing through our billing system. Orders will not be processed unless the client has agreed to our terms. Any client which is found to be breaking our terms and usage policy will be removed from the network with immediate effect.
